Think Lacrosse When You See Snow!

Okay, if you live where is snows a lot, you can still take advantage of what mother nature dishes out to sharpen your shooting skills. This will sound crazy, but it actually works when done properly.

Tightly pack a pile of snowballs about the size of a lacrosse ball. Try to make at least two dozen of them. And pack them as tightly as you can. Then let them sit overnight to become more solid in form. Then, the next day, set up a target somewhere safe. I like to use a garbage can lid and hang it against a tree with rope. Using your stick, load up and start shooting. The extra padding of warm clothing combined with the unique feel of the packed snow ball will keep your mind sharp and your shots sharper.

It's fun, and you keep your skills where they need to be when spring rolls around. It's also a fun way to have snowball wars with your friends! (But be careful!) These girls have the right idea, but take it up a few notches! Send us your videos! http://youtu.be/mRteHHPjdt8
